경계선지능아동을 위한 일상생활 통합 프로그램 개발과 효과 검증

초록

This study aimed to develop an integrated daily-life-centered program and verify its effectiveness in enhancing the social competence of children with Borderline Intellectual Functioning (BIF). The program was structured around five domains: social skills, daily living management, health management, financial management, and addiction prevention. Participants were 151 BIF children from 40 community child centers in Daegu, South Korea. The eight-week program showed statistically significant improvements in all domains: social skills (t=-7.33, p<.001), daily living management (t=-7.44, p<.001), health management (t=-7.98, p<.001), financial management (t=-6.57, p<.001), and addiction prevention (t=3.23, p<.05). The program effectively enhanced the socio-psychological functioning of BIF children and holds both academic and practical value as an integrated intervention model based on the adaptive behavior components of the DSM-5.
