대학가 1인 가구의 주거 및 실내 열환경 실태 조사 연구 - 대구광역시 대학가를 중심으로 -

초록

Purpose: This study aimed to contribute to the establishment of effective policies by conducting an in-depth analysis of the living and thermal environments of single-person households in university areas, which are exposed to poor living conditions and energy poverty issues despite the lack of relevant data and welfare policies. Method: In-depth surveys were conducted on 61 households to analyze the living and residential environments of single-person households in university areas. Indoor temperatures were measured for a week during winter. The households were classified into three types based on the median indoor temperature during occupancy, and characteristics of each type were compared and analyzed. Lastly, the main factors influencing the types of thermal environments were analyzed. Result: The study revealed that single-person households in university areas are exposed to high housing cost burdens(45% of their monthly expenditure) and poor living and thermal environments(mean indoor temperature of 19.77°C during occupancy). Most vulnerable type spent only 14% of their occupancy time within the comfortable range. The main causes of the vulnerable thermal environment were found to be the poor energy performence of buildings and the energy billing method which was related to the building ues type.
