원장의 안전리더십이 영유아교사의 안전실천행동에 미치는 영향: 원장-교사관계와 교사 안전의식의 이중매개효과

초록

Objectives This study aims to examine the double mediating effects of the director-teacher relationship and safety awareness of early childhood teachers in the relationship between the director's safety leadership and teachers' safety practice behaviors. Methods The subjects of the study were 207 early childhood teachers. For the analysis, correlation analysis was conducted using SPSS 27.0 and PROCESS MACRO 4.3. To examine the mediating and double mediating effects, PROCESS Model 6 was applied, and the significance of indirect effects was tested using bootstrapping. Results The results of the study are as follows: First, a positive correlation between the variables was confirmed. Second, in the relationship between the director's safety leadership and safety practice behaviors, both the direc tor-teacher relationship and safety awareness had significant mediating and double mediating effects. These re sults show that the director's safety leadership has a direct impact on the safety practice behavior of preschool teachers. Conclusions Furthermore, it suggests that support should be provided to enhance the competencies of both the director and the teachers, and emphasizes the importance of the director-teacher relationship, where both the di rector and the teachers independently possess influence. It also highlights the significance of their interactive and relational aspects, showcasing the double mediation effect of safety awareness and safety practice behavior.
