고지방식이 섭취와 그라비올라 음용 및 수영운동 수행 시 지방분화억제 유도 세포사멸인자 연구

초록

The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of Graviola leaves extract Ingestion and swimming exercise on AKT and Bax/Bcl-2, Caspase-3 expression. To achieve this purpose, 32 male rats were selected to Graviola leaves extract ingestion and let swimming exercise for 6 weeks. The control dite + swimming exercise(CONE) and the high-fat diet+graviola Ingestion+swimming exercise(GLE) showed significant t body fat loss. For the change of AKT capacity, AKT concentration showed significantly high activeness in the control dite(CON), control dite + swimming exercise(CONE), high-fat diet+graviola Ingestion(GL). For the change of apootosis, BAX/BCL2 CON comparison CONE, GL, GLE showed significantly and caspase-3 no showed significantly. Therefore, the results suggest that the activity of AKT may inhibit fat synthesis by participating in anti-apoptosis, which is increased by graviola intake and/or exercise training. Based on these findings, various studies on the physiological agents contained in graviola may have a positive effect as exercise.
