기업의 디지털 혁신에 대한 관심도가 혁신 성과에 미치는 영향: IT 겸직 이사의 조절 효과

초록

In the era of digital transformation, innovation driven by digital technologies is reshaping industries and sparking significant academic interest. This study leverages a dataset of Chinese listed firms spanning from 2010 to 2023. A fixed-effects model is employed to assess how firm-level attention to digital innovation impacts innovation performance. The regression analysis uncovers a positive and significant relationship between digital innovation attention and innovation outcomes. Moreover, the moderating role of IT interlock directors is identified, with firms benefiting from their presence achieving superior innovation performance. These findings offer valuable theoretical insights into the dynamics of digital innovation and provide practical guidance for corporate leaders aiming to enhance their firms' innovation capabilities.
