텍스트 마이닝 분석을 활용한 가족기업 연구 진화 분석

초록

This study analyzes the trend of family business research in Korea using text mining methods. The analysis reveals that research on family businesses has predominantly focused on succession-related areas, as indicated by the frequency of studies. The temporal analysis of TF-IDF results demonstrates a gradual increase in the significance of succession, suggesting a growing research interest corresponding to the retirement period of incumbent CEOs. Moreover, topic modeling identifies five main themes, with the highest proportion dedicated to management strategy and governance. By examining these trends in family business research, it is anticipated that both the interest in and the breadth of research topics will expand.
