조직의 클라우드 네이티브 전환에 이해:컨설팅 품질의 조절효과

초록

Purpose The purpose of this study is to derive factors that explain organizational members' switching behavior to cloud-native technology, based on the Push-Pull-Mooring(PPM) Theory. Design/methodology/approach Based on prior research on cloud computing and the PPM Theory, this study proposes external pressure and performance limitations as push factors, automated scalability and DevOps collaboration as pull factors, and consulting quality as the mooring factor. It also examines the moderating role of consulting quality in the relationships between these factors and transition intention to cloud-native technology. Findings The empirical analysis revealed that the proposed push factors, pull factors, and the mooring factor all have significant effects on the switching intention to cloud-native technology. Moreover, higher consulting quality was found to strengthen the relationships between both push and pull factors and the switching intention.
