초록

This paper proposes a method that utilizes magnetic contact force to track the BH curve of electrical steel. Typically, the BH curve of electrical steel is measured using an Epstein frame or a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). However, the Epstein frame faces challenges in measuring at high magnetic field levels, and VSMs can be costly. The method proposed in this study tracks the internal flux density and magnetic field strength of the sample by utilizing magnetic contact force between the core and the sensor. The core and the sample are configured within a simple closed-loop magnetic circuit. Consequently, it becomes possible to generate high magnetic fields with minimal energy, enabling cost-effective miniaturization. To validate this, an electromagnet model was constructed for comparative analysis.
