공동주택단지 조경의 공종별 가치선호도에 따른 공사비 타당성 분석

초록

This study analyzed the composition and cost of landscaping works for ten multi-family housing complexes in Daegu, South Korea, each with 300 to 800 units, and assessed the appropriateness of construction costs through Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) based on a survey of 302 residents. The average landscaping cost per square meter was 110,000 KRW for residential areas, 98,000 KRW for green belt areas, and 262,000 KRW for commercial areas, with an overall average of 152,000 KRW. IPA results showed that trees, resting areas, playgrounds, sports facilities, and shrubs were highly valued, while educational facilities, lawns, water features, and maintenance needed improvement. These findings suggest the need for cost allocation strategies that reflect residents’ preferences and provide a practical reference for future planning and budgeting of residential landscaping projects.
