초록

This study employed thermal chemical vapor deposition to synthesize nickel-graphite (Ni-GP) core-shells (CSs). The impact of growth temperature on the structural and electrical properties of Ni-GP CSs was examined. The growth temperature was increased to 800 and 1100 degrees C, respectively. The features of Ni-GP CSs, such as the morphology, structure, composition, and electrical properties, were investigated at different growing temperatures. The maximum power conversion efficiency of approximately 7.5% (J sc: 14.89 mA/cm2; V oc: 0.75 V; FF: 66%) was achieved for the solar cells. Subsequently, the optimized Ni-GP CSs were integrated as electrodes in a pseudo-supercapacitor device. Electrochemical measurements were performed using galvanostatic charge-discharge and cyclic voltammetry. At a current density of 1 A/g, the Ni-GP composite achieved a specific capacitance of approximately 244.22 F g-1 and maintained over 14.7% of its capacitance at higher current densities.
