영유아교육기관 연계 프로젝트에서의 연대와 배움

초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the potential of alternative teacher education from a posthuman perspective by conducting field-linked projects that address real issues in kindergartens and daycare centers, and to examine the experiences of solidarity and learning. To this end, sixteen pre-service teachers in a teacher training program engaged in design thinking field improvement projects. The materials generated by the teams and the transcripts of in-depth interviews were analyzed using qualitative research methods. The results indicated that participants generated relational and contextual learning and professionalism through experiences of collaboration with the project, early childhood education institutions, and their teams in the process of solving actual problems in the field. This finding suggests the potential for a new teacher education curriculum that reflects changes in educational environments connecting learning in schools with the lives of learners.
