글로벌 한류 팬덤 분석을 위한 버블 앱 리뷰의 토픽모델링 분석

This study aims to analyze the reactions and influencing factors of the global Korean Wave (Hallyu) fandom by applying topic modeling to user reviews of the Bubble app. Review data were collected from January 2020 to December 2024. To assess the nature of these reviews, ratings of 4 and 5 were classified as positive sentiment, while ratings of 1 and 2 were classified as negative sentiment. A total of 963 positive reviews and 610 negative reviews were included in the final analysis. The optimal number of topics was determined to be 4, based on analyses of consistency, complexity, and harmonic mean. Topic modeling revealed that positive reviews focused on themes such as communication experiences with idols, excellence of the translation function, use of message and ticket systems, and emotional bonding with idols. In contrast, negative reviews highlighted issues such as dissatisfaction with screenshot restrictions, problems with translation and message delivery, payment system issues, and overall dissatisfaction with paid services. Additionally, a word cloud analysis was conducted to visualize the keywords associated with each topic in both positive and negative reviews. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for fandom platform developers and offer strategic implications for companies seeking to better understand the global Korean Wave fandom.
