계층화 분석기법(AHP)을 활용한 중소기업 재직자 ICT 교육훈련 만족도 우선순위 분석

초록

Despite the demand and need for human resource development in the Information and Communication Technology(ICT) field of companies and industries, ICT education and training have yet to be organized according to the needs of trainees. So, the primary purpose of this study is to identify key factors that influence the satisfaction of ICT education and training among employees of small and medium-sized enterprises through an integrated analysis of factors affecting the satisfaction of ICT education and training. For this analysis, an Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) model consisting of nine factors is applied: training program, instructor, and educational environment. Among those factors, instructor expertise turned out to be the highest priority. Meanwhile, deep learning data analysis training was found to be the most crucial field of ICT education and training. The result of this study can improve the satisfaction of ICT education and training among SME employees and develop ICT education and training.
