초록

The green ZnO NPs were employed to fabricate Citrus aurantium fruit peel extract in this study. Several optical spectroscopic and electron microscopic methods were used to confirm their formation. The fabricated ZnO NPs had a spherical form with a good crystallinity and average size is 25 nm. The optimal concentrations of ZnO NPs for tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) seedling emergence and germination were investigated at different NPs doses (0, 5, 10, 20, 40, 100, and 200 mg/L). Among the doses tested, 20 mg/L showed significant biochemical content as well as an increase in a variety of growth indices. As a result, green fabricated ZnO NP's potential as a nano-based nutrition source for agricultural applications has been identified.
