중대재해 트라우마 심리지원 과정에 대한 현상학적 연구: 중간관리자의 직무 경험을 중심으로

초록

This study phenomenologically explored the psychological support process following serious industrial accidents, focusing on the job experiences of middle managers. Here, job experience refers specifically to the roles of providing first aid and mediating psychological support mediation after a serious disaster. Five middle managers responsible for industrial safety and health participated in in-depth interviews. Data were collected and analyzed using Giorgi’s phenomenological method, resulting in the identification of eight experiential meanings and two essential structures. The essential structures-‘living with trauma as a restorer of accident scenes’ and ‘enduring life with a longing for safety’-highlighted their ongoing distress and longing. The findings reveal the psychological burdens and identity crises faced by middle managers under the Serious Accidents Punishment Act. Practical implications include the need for institutional role clarification, legal protection, early preventive interventions, and the provision of Employee Assistance Programs and trauma-informed counseling to ensure recovery and sustainability in industrial settings.
