인문사회 융합인재양성사업(HUSS) 글로벌공생 컨소시엄 핵심역량 연구: 행동지표 개발 및 학습자 역량 진단을 중심으로

초록

This study focuses on developing practical behavioral indicators for the six core competencies outlined in the curriculum of Global Symbiosis Consortium in the Humanities Utmost Sharing System(HUSS). The ultimate goal of this study is to assess student competency levels and use the findings to design curricular and extracurricular programs. Through a literature review, 18 initial indicators were proposed. A Delphi method with a panel of eight experts was used to validate 18 indicators, and then expand these ones to 24 indicators. These were applied to undergraduate students at ‘Y’ University in Yeongnam region to identify the gap between their current and target competency levels. The results of this study will be used as a foundational resource for refining the curriculum, ensuring better suitability between learning objectives, teaching activities, and evaluations. Most of all, by converting abstract competencies into measurable actions, this would contribute to enhance the practical application of the curriculum, improve the quality of education for cultivating global symbiosis talents, and support a sustainable talent development system.
