다층분석을 통한 중국 노인 삶의 질영향요인에 대한 탐색:산동성(山東省) 지방정부를 중심으로

초록

This study aims to systematically analyze the factors affecting the quality of life of the elderly in China in a rapidly aging society and to derive policy implications. To this end, a multi-level analysis is conducted on the elderly in nine local governments in Shandong Province, and the influence of individual characteristics, social capital, and community welfare resources variables are examined. The results of the analysis show that not only individual characteristics and social capital significantly affected the quality of life of the elderly, but also the sufficiency of community welfare resources are confirmed to be important factors in determining the quality of life.
