간호간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 자기효능감, 공감역량, 직무만족도, 간호근무환경이 전인간호역량에 미치는 영향

초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of self-efficacy, compassion competence, job satisfaction, and nursing work environment on holistic nursing competence among nurses in comprehensive nursing care service wards. Methods: The subjects were 188 nurses working at comprehensive nursing care service wards. Data were collected through a self-reporting online survey. Results: Holistic nursing competence was positively correlated with self-efficacy, compassion competence, job satisfaction, the nursing work environment, and career in comprehensive nursing care service wards. The factors affecting holistic nursing competence included the nursing work environment, compassion competence and self-efficacy. Conclusion: Strengthening holistic nursing competence requires both individual efforts to enhance self-efficacy and compassion competence, and organizational efforts by medical institutions to improve the work environment. It is important to establish educational programs focusing on developing nurses’ holistic nursing competence and to provide continuous policies and resource support to create an optimal working environment in these wards.
