북한 직업동맹의 변화 가능성과 그 동인에 관한 연구 : 중국 공회와의 비교 분석

The future prospects of trade unions in China(the ACFTU) and North Korea(the GFTUK) are influenced by the state-labor relations and socioeconomic conditions in each country.　In the context of reform and opening up, the ACFTU is under public pressure to act as an organization representing workers. Both the ACFTU and the Chinese Communist Party(the CCP) are seeking changes that will maintain the CCP's influence. The GFTUK, on the other hand, has remained largely unchanged and stuck in its role as a mobilization organization of the Workers' Party of Korea. Is there a possibility of change in the GFTUK? The spread of marketization, the critique of averageness and the intensification of material incentives, changes in economic management policies increase the likelihood of the GFTUK change. However, inconsistent reform lines, the rigid political system centered on leader, the absence of resistance from the working class, the involvement of international labor rights norms and the lack of means of pressure make change in the GFTUK difficult.
