경력적응모형에 기반한 LiFE사업대학 성인학습자의 적응준비, 적응자원, 적응행동, 적응결과 간의 관계

초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the adaptation process of LiFE adult learners’ adaptation process based on adaptive readiness (proactive personality, self-determination), adaptability resources (career adaptability), adapting responses (self-directedness for learning, proactive career behavior), and adaptation results (career sustainability), within the framework of the Career Construction Model of Adaptation (CCMA). Data were collected from 383 adult learners enrolled in LiFE program, and structural equation modeling was employed for analysis. The analysis yielded the following results. First, both proactive personality and self-determination had significant direct effects on career adaptability, which in turn influenced proactive career behavior and self-directedness for learning. Proactive career behavior also had a direct influence on career sustainability. However, no significant direct effects were found between either proactive personality or self-determination and career sustainability. Second, multiple indirect effects were identified within the CCMA framework. Based on these findings, discussions, practical implications and recommendations for future studies are presented.
