사범대학 재학생의 취업불안이 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 영향- 계획된 우연 기술의 조절효과를 중심으로

초록

This study examined the impact of employment anxiety on career decision-making self-efficacy among pre-service teachers at a college of education, as well as the moderating role of planned happenstance skills. Using data from 167 students, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and hierarchical regression were conducted. The results indicated that employment anxiety significantly reduced self-efficacy. Although planned happenstance skills demonstrated a moderating effect, they unexpectedly amplified the negative impact of anxiety, which contrasts with previous findings. These findings were interpreted through the lenses of cognitive dissonance theory, ego depletion theory, and the institutional characteristics of teacher education, which may constrain exploration of non-teaching career paths. Based on these results, the study recommends enhancing support systems that promote serendipitous career development and implementing tailored emotional support programs for pre-service teachers.
