취약계층의 건강권 증진을 위한 보건·의료·복지 통합 301 네트워크 사업 성과분석 연구 : 서비스 이용자를 중심으로

In South Korea, the social welfare delivery system has continued to develop in the direction of emphasizing the integration of health and welfare. This study aims to evaluate the outcomes of the ‘301 Network Project’ - a hospital-based integrated care initiative – and to explore its implications for service development. The analysis employed a one-group pretest-posttest design and ANCOVA, based on survey data collected from 210 users who participated in the project acress 15 hospitals between 2019 and 2020. The main findings are as follows. First, pre–post comparisons revealed statistically significant improvements in subjective health, health promotion behaviors, social support, help-seeking behavior, health literacy, and quality of life, with medium to small effect sizes. Second, ANCOVA analyses controlling for socio-demographic variables confirmed that all outcome indicators improved significantly from baseline. Third, the magnitude of these improvements varied depending on user characteristics, including gender, age, disability status, and levels of education and income. These findings highlight the potential benefits of delivering integrated health, medical, and welfare services, particularly for vulnerable populations, and suggest the need for tailored approaches based on users’ socio-demographic contexts.
