한국 성인의 평생학습실태 통계결과항목에 대한 평생교육 담당자의 요구분석

The purpose of this study is to empirically understand the needs of lifelong education officers for statistical results of Korean adults' lifelong learning survey. In order to achieve the purpose, a survey questionnaire was constructed based on previous studies and focus group interviews with 10 lifelong education officers. The survey was conducted on 128 officers working at lifelong education institutions nationwide. Using the collected data, the validity and reliability of the survey questions were first analyzed. After that, paired t-test, Borich demand analysis, and LFF analysis were performed. And the priorities were determined by comparing the Borich demand analysis with the LFF analysis. The results are as follows. First, among the 47 items, the highest priorities were the participation rate in lifelong learning, factors absent from lifelong learning, programs wishing to participate in the future, learning media preference, learning method preference, attitude toward learning, online learning platform preference, civic awareness as the effect of lifelong learning, the distance making learners' participation in lifelong learning programs, and detailed obstacles to participation in lifelong education. Second, the four items identified as second priorities were the participation rate of lifelong learning according to the presence or absence of children and the type of parenting, the participation rate of non-formal education, the annual average participation-time of lifelong learning, and the motivation for members of multicultural families to participate in lifelong learning. Third, 15 items with low current utilization and future importance were derived. The conclusions and implications for the above results were presented.
