디자인적 사고기법을 적용한 프로젝트 기반 창업가정신 교육 효과성에 관한 연구

초록

[Purpose] This study aims to examine the educational effectiveness of team project-based learning utilizing design thinking methodologies in entrepreneurship education. [Methodology] To achieve the objective, data were analyzed through participant observation by the researcher and surveys assessing students’ interest in social issues for project team formation by utilizing Bender- Salazar’s Hybrid Model as an analytic framework. [Findings] The study yielded the following results. 1) Solutions derived for problem exploration and application within the Hybrid Model exhibited concrete activity patterns, considering real-world scenarios and their practical applicability. 2) The process of problem diagnosis and empathy-building leading to solution development involved abstract conceptualization and categorization of ideas. 3) Regarding problemsolving approaches, iterative and cyclical solution processes were observed. 4) Throughout the course, various educational effects were identified, including enhanced fundamental understanding of entrepreneurship and strengthened connections between theoretical concepts and practical business operations. [Implications] This study offers insights for researchers in evaluating the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education and for educators and practitioners in developing relevant pedagogy.
