애착 불안이 강박증상에 미치는 영향: 자기 양가감과 강박사고의 이중매개효과

초록

This study aimed to investigate vulnerability factors contributing to the development and maintenance of obsessive-compulsive symptoms, with a specific focus on the mediating roles of self-ambivalence and obsessive thoughts. A total of 390 adults aged 18 years or older participated in the study and completed the Experiences in Close Relationships-Revised (ECR-R), the Self-Ambivalence Measure (SAM), the Revised Obsessional Intrusions Inventory (ROII), and the Padua Inventory–Washington State University Revision (PI-WSUR). Using PROCESS Macro Model 6 (Hayes, 2018) and bootstrapping procedures, we examined the mediating and sequential double-mediating effects. The results indicated that self-ambivalence and obsessive thoughts each significantly mediated the relationship between attachment anxiety and obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and their sequential double mediation effect was also significant. However, the moderating effects of self-structure indicators (compartmentalization and differential importance) were not significant. These findings suggest that attachment anxiety may contribute to obsessive-compulsive symptoms through its effects on self-concept vulnerability and obsessive thoughts. The implications, limitations, and directions for future research are discussed.
