This study presents the complete genome sequence of Bacillus pumilus CIMT1, which was isolated from the rhizosphere of soybean (Glycine max L.). The genome of strain CIMT1 consists of a single chromosome and two plasmids, with a total size of 3,906,487 bp and a G + C content of 41.0%. © 2024, The Korean Society for Microbiology and Biotechnology.
