초록

Methylammonium lead bromide (MAPbBr(3)) perovskites are strong candidates for application as radiation detectors with both semiconducting and scintillating properties. The crystalline phase transition of MAPbBr(3) at cryogenic temperatures changes its electrical and optical properties. Herein, the optical and electrical properties of MAPbBr(3) are studied as a function of the decreasing temperature for cryogenic radiation detector applications. The optical properties are investigated by measuring the photoluminescence spectra excited using 310 and 410 nm light-emitting device, while the electrical properties are assessed by measuring the dark current and photocurrent. Furthermore, the premature breakdown voltage and gain of a silicon photomultiplier coupled with MAPbBr(3) as a photosensor are measured in relation to the temperature.
