반도체 기업의 경영 효율성 분석: 벤처기업과 비벤처기업을 중심으로

초록

This study analyzed the management efficiency of the semiconductor company, which is the center of future technological innovation, using the DEA method, and further analyzed whether management efficiency differs depending on whether or not a venture company. As a result of the study, a total of 8 companies are efficient in the BCC-I model, 5 companies are efficient in the CCR-I model, and 8 companies are operating well in scale efficiency. Scale profitability, it is necessary to seek operational plans according to the results of each company's size schedule, scale increase, and scale reduction. In addition, it was suggested that management can be referred to at the strategic level of the company, focusing on companies with a high frequency of reference sets, and that the improvement ratio can be referred by presenting the projection value to become an efficient company. In addition, the two groups did not show any significant difference in the analysis of the difference in efficiency according to the presence or absence of venture companies among the characteristics of the company. By proposing a reference group and improvement measures for the management of semiconductor companies through these results, this study will provide useful information on investment decisions to stakeholders in the semiconductor industry, and it will serve as a basis for determining the effectiveness of the government's venture business support policy.
