초록

In order to mitigate the increased peak runoff due to rapid urbanization, this study quantitatively analyzed the reduction effects of peak runoff and surface runoff by installing low-impact development (LID) facilities. The LID facilities applied to the study watershed included green roofs, infiltration trenches, and permeable pavement, covering 0.125 km2 (9.8%) of the total 1.28 km2 watershed area. The evaluation of the LID facilities resulted in a reduction of surface runoff by 18.1% and 17.3% for the 10-year and 30-year recurrence intervals, respectively, and a decrease in inflows into the drainage system by 5.8% and 4.5% for the same intervals. A comparison of the effectiveness of the LID facilities showed that permeable pavement, green roofs, and infiltration trenches had a sequential impact in terms of quantitative effect. Based on the results of the maximum inflow reduction, this study provides an objective evaluation of the potential weaknesses of the existing drainage system and aims to facilitate a quantitative effectiveness analysis for future stormwater reduction measures.
