러시아어에서 슬라뱌니즘(славянизм)의 의미적 특징에 관한 통시적 연구

초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the semantic change process of Savonicisms which belong to the Russian lexical system. It traces the evolution of so-called 'historical Slavonicisms', which function as a common words in modern Russian, in a dynamic interaction with Russianisms. The paper argues that three major trends can be seen in the process of semantic change of Savonicisms. The first is the emergence of transitional meanings and the process of semantic abstraction. There were many Slavonicisms that expressed abstract and ideological meanings from the beginning, but even those that expressed concrete and objective meanings underwent a change in meaning in this direction. The second is the process of semantic differentiation of Slavonicisms from the Russianisms. Initially, Slavonicism and Russianism were synonymous, but over time, the former gradually developed into abstract and philosophical meanings, and the latter monopolized concrete and objective meanings. The third is the process of secularization of Slavonicisms, during which the evaluative nuances of these are often reversed. Many Slavonicisms settled in modern Russian through this process.
