This study presents the complete genome sequence of Cytobacillus firmus strain T8, which was obtained from the rhizosphere soil of pepper (Capsicum annuum L.). The genome of the strain consists of a single chromosome with a total size of 4,383,751 bp and the GC content of 42%. © 2023 Korean Society for Microbiology and Biotechnology. All rights reserved.
