초록

This study examines the Moon Jae-in administration’s policy tasks from the perspective of public administration. It develops a conceptual framework that classifies the publicness of public administration into public interest and public good, and divides the administration of public administration into rule of law, government, and governance. The analysis then evaluates the policy tasks of the Moon Jae-in administration using the framework. The findings show that the Moon Jae-in administration prioritized enhancing public interest over public good, employing strategies through government and governance rather than relying solely on the rule of law.
