공식적·조직적 산학협력 활동이 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향 연구:비공식적·인적 산학협력 활동의 조절 효과를 중심으로

초록

This study classifies the types of industry-academia collaboration into formal and organised industry-academia collaboration and informal and interpersonal industry-academia collaboration in order to determine the impact of formal and organised industry-academia collaboration on firms' technical and economic performance, and to identify the moderating effect of informal and interpersonal collaboration in the process. The results showed that among the types of formal and organised industry-academia collaboration, joint research and education and training have a positive effect on the technical performance of firms, and education and training have a positive effect on the economic performance of firms. Among the types of informal and interpersonal industry-academia cooperation, regular exchanges, facility and personnel exchanges, and informal contacts have a positive effect on technical performance, and regular exchanges and informal contacts have a positive effect on economic performance. In addition, the types of informal and interpersonal industry -academia cooperation were found to have a positive moderating effect on the effects of formal and organised industry-academia cooperation on firms' technical and economic performance. The policy implication of this study is that there is a need for tailored industry-academia cooperation strategies and support that can match the strengths and weaknesses of firms.
