덕산도립공원 탐방환경, 무엇을 개선해야 할까?

초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction and environmental attributes perceived by visitors to Deoksan Provincial Park to improve the visiting environment and to derive measures to improve park management. A total of 523 valid samples were obtained from a survey of visitors in the gayasan and deoksungsan districts. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, t-tests, and R-IPA to identify visitor characteristics, satisfaction, and environmental attributes. The analysis showed that visitors’ overall satisfaction was above average, with gayasan district receiving high evaluations for negative environmental attributes and deoksungsan district receiving high evaluations for positive environmental attributes. As a result of R-IPA, five environmental attributes were identified as needing improvement in gayasan district: ① transportation, ② local cuisine, ③ historical and cultural her- itage sites, ④ tourism services, and ⑤ local specialty foods. Five environmental attributes were identified as needing improvement in deoksungsan district: ① product prices, ② unique and differentiated experiences, ③ information and signboards for tourists, ④ commercial activities, and ⑤ toilet cleanliness. The results of this study are expected to provide evidence for improving the visitor environment and management efficiency of provincial parks and contribute to the development of sustainable park management plans.
