대학교 교원창업의 활성화 요인에 관한 중요도 분석 : 거점국립대학교를 중심으로

This study aimed to identify and prioritize the factors that promote faculty start-ups, a core means for regional flagship national universities to fulfill their roles as entrepreneurial universities and contributors to regional industry. An Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model was established with four level-1 criteria-personal, technological, environmental, and institutional-and their sub-criteria and pair-wise comparisons were conducted. A survey was administered to eighteen experts with at least three years of experience supporting faculty startups at regional flagship national universities; all responses satisfied a consistency ratio of 0.2 or less. The analysis showed that entrepreneurial intention and motivation ranked highest, followed by the ability to commercialize technologies, the regional startup ecosystem, market competition structure and entry barriers, and financial support. At level-1, personal factors had the greatest relative importance, while several institutional elements, such as government and university regulations, were rated comparatively lower. These findings offer evidence base for rationally prioritizing university policies and programs to support faculty startups. However, the sample size was limited and confined to flagship national universities, which constrains generalization. Hence, future studies should include diverse institution types and validate the results through longitudinal tracking of startup performance.
