한국인 모어 화자와 중국인 학습자의 요청 화행에 대한 공손성 인식 연구 -사회적 변인을 중심으로

초록

The purpose of this study is to find out the perception of politeness between Korean native speakers and Chinese Korean learners in request situations. Through the Scaled Response Questionnaire, the perception of social factors affecting the degree of politeness, and the relationship between the social factors and the degree of politeness of Korean native speakers and Chinese Korean learners was analyzed. The conclusions of this study can be summarized in three ways. Firstly, there was a difference in the perception of social factors between Korean native speakers and Chinese Korean learners. Secondly, they are generally similar in recognizing the politeness of Korean Native speakers and Chinese Korean learners. It is estimated that the differences in individual situations were revealed due to differences in perceptions of social factors. Thirdly, it is displayed that Korean native speakers consider imposition and social power among the factors affecting politeness when making a request, while Chinese learners consider imposition and distance important. This study is meaningful in that it deals with the universality and specificity of cross-cultural politeness.
