The study analyzed the management efficiency of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and verified the relationship between CSR activities. First of all, as a result of the analysis of the management efficiency of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, a total of 17 companies with one BCC efficiency were found, and a total of 11 companies were identified in the CCR-I efficiency ranking. In terms of scale profitability, a total of 6 companies analyzed by IRS, 14 companies analyzed by CRS, and 9 companies by DRS. In addition, as a result of analyzing the relationship between CSR activities and management efficiency, BBC, CCR, and the efficiency of scale showed no significant difference between the two groups depending on whether CSR activities were disclosed or not. This is because the relationship between a company's strategic CSR activities and management performance may vary. Therefore, in future research, it is necessary to detail the CSR activities of companies and analyze the relationship between management efficiency.
